Booking conditions Prices

-->Prices of rooms listed on the site, on night, including taxes. Payment For reservations made via the website, a deposit equal to 20% of the total reservation through our bank account. For each reservation, there will be An electronic bulletin of reservation (voucher) which will be mailed to the customer, who in turn will have to deliver on his arrival. Cancellation of booking: Under the current regulation of the Greek National Tourism Organization:
For cancellation more than 21 days before the expected date of arrival,
no cancellation fee is charged and the deposit is refunded.
For cancellation 21 days or less from the expected date of arrival, 50%
of the total value of the booking is charged.
In case of earlier departure or delayed arrival, the charge is at 100%
of the value of the booking as planned.
The customer must deliver the room until 12:00 noon on the day of departure. Otherwise bear 50% of room rate up to 18:00, and by 100% beyond.
The refund of the reservation deposit to the client via a deposit to the bank (the bank fees are covered by the client).

Profile apartments

FANI Apartments” are located in the center of Vourvourou and very near to the sea, just a minute's walk away. The building is surrounded by a garden with trees, flowers and lawn and is comprised of two levels. The main floor offers 4 apartments with immediate access to the garden, while the first floor has 2 apartments and 2 studios. All have a kitchen with all necessary utensils, television, air-condition (A/C), free wireless internet access ,bathroom and separate balconies.At the balcony doors of all the rooms there are shutters and mosquito - nets. Cleaning is done twice a week. Guests will also find a barbeque, kiosk, private parking area as well as a safe playground for children. The surrounding area has restaurants, pizzerias and a super market for your daily necessities.
